Account Deletion

You can close your Transforming account from the web or mobile application. Closing an account removes access immediately. You can also request deletion of the personal information associated with it, subject to the limited retention described below.

Close an account in the app

1. Sign in to your Transforming account.
2. Open Settings, then Account and Security.
3. Select Delete account and complete the confirmation steps.

Request deletion without access to the account

Email info@transformingbball.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Transforming account deletion request” and identify the account you want deleted. We may ask for additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

What is deleted or retained

Following a verified request, we delete or de-identify personal information that is no longer needed to provide the Service. We may retain limited transaction, security, moderation, certificate, audit, backup, or legal records where reasonably necessary or required by law. Content already shared with other users may be retained where needed to preserve a conversation or organizational record, but we may remove or de-identify the profile associated with it.
